Camera Ready Paper Submissions

These instructions serve to guide you through the electronic signing of the IEEE copyright form and the submission of your finalized (‘camera ready’) paper via the Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) website. Please complete these steps by November 6th, so as not to delay the publication of the conference papers with the IEEE Xplore®.

Camera Ready Paper Submissions

These instructions serve to guide you through the electronic signing of the IEEE copyright form and the submission of your finalized (‘camera ready’) paper via the EDAS portal website. Please complete these steps by May 25,2022, so as not to delay the publication of the conference papers with the IEEE Xplore®.

Submitting a digitally signed copy of IEEE copyright form is essential. You can find the details to access the form using the link, https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/copyright-main.html

Upload the signed form on EDAS portal (https://edas.info/N28778) along with your camera ready paper.

The IEEE Copyright line “978-1-6654-9885-2/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE” must be added at the center of the footer of the first page of your paper, as shown in the Word template at the “Author Toolkit” at the conference website www.DCAS2022.com. In order to prevent this footer from appearing on other pages of the paper, you may need to use the “link to previous” feature in Word when editing the footer (see figure below).

Camera-Ready Submission of Paper

Make sure that your finalized paper addresses the comments from all reviewers. Have someone else proofread your paper, as you may be missing your own mistakes, and make sure to adhere to all details of the paper template (including font types for headers, figure captions, etc.). Your submitted ‘camera ready’ paper will be reviewed again and you may be requested to make additional changes in it.

The camera-ready manuscripts must pass the compatibility check of the IEEE PDF eXpress, which may be found here: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/. When first using this tool you must set up an account (note “New Users” there). The conference ID is 53974x.

Once you receive a notice that your paper has passed the compliance test, you may upload the paper to https://edas.info/N28778

All special session papers have to be uploaded using the link: https://edas.info/N28778

You may be allowed to resubmit your camera ready paper again during the week after the conference, to consider the comments/feedback that you receive at the conference.

Thank you very much for your adherence to these instructions and your timely submission of the IEEE copyright form and your finalized paper.
